We’re thrilled to announce the latest update to the Headteacher’s Report, marking the most significant enhancement to our platform since its launch. This update introduces three groundbreaking features designed to streamline the reporting process for school leaders. Developed in response to feedback from our user community, these new features are designed to help with the ever-increasing time pressures school leaders face.

1. Suggested Text

In our ongoing quest to save school leaders time, we’re introducing Suggested Text. This feature offers personalised, insightful text suggestions that are specifically tailored to your school’s unique context and data.  Suggested Text provides you with a starting point that you can choose to accept, decline, or edit as needed

2. SmartHide Technology

Feedback has highlighted the need for more flexible reporting, and we’ve listened. The SmartHide feature automatically hides sections that are not needed.  Those sections will automatically be hidden in the final report by simply not populating certain fields in the portal. This means you have complete control over what appears in your reports, allowing you to tailor them to show only the information that’s relevant and necessary. It’s all about making your reports as efficient and streamlined as possible.

3. Data Dashboard

We understand the importance of data in driving school improvement and stakeholder engagement. That’s why we’re introducing the Data Dashboard—a one-page visual summary that highlights key data aspects most valuable to stakeholders. This dashboard presents complex information in an easily digestible format, enabling quick insights and informed decision-making.
