We are thrilled to announce an exciting new enhancement to The Headteacher’s Report, our new feature Suggested Text is designed to save busy school leaders even more time by offering personalised and insightful text suggestions tailored to your school. 

We understand the time and effort it takes to craft comprehensive reports that accurately reflect your school’s achievements and challenges. With Suggested Text, we aim to alleviate some of this burden by providing you with intelligent, ready-made text suggestions that align seamlessly with your data insights.  

Gone are the days of staring at a blank screen, as one of the most exciting aspects of Suggested Text is its adaptability. As your data evolves throughout the academic year, so too will Suggested Text.  We achieve this by consistently analysing your MIS data, previous responses to questions and nationally available data from the DfE.  

Whether you’re highlighting pupil progress, addressing areas for improvement, or celebrating successes, we will get you started with narrative that is both informative and impactful.

Of course you don’t have to use Suggested Text in your report, we understand the importance of maintaining your individual voice and perspective. That’s why Suggested Text allows you to accept, edit, or discard any suggestions, ensuring that your reports remain authentic and reflective of your unique insights.
